WORK FOR US
APPLY NOWAs Austin’s footprint rapidly expands into the Hill Country, pest and wildlife activity is at an all-time high in 2026. We’re looking for a self-motivated Pest Control Technician who thrives on the independence of the road — and who’s ready to grow into wildlife exclusion and structural repair as part of an elite, growing team.
We’re unapologetically non-corporate. No buzzwords, no spreadsheet-managed field teams, no “suits.” We hire people we trust, train them to deliver elite service, and give them the tools and freedom to solve unique problems — and we tell it to you straight, even when it isn’t easy to hear.
You’ll take full ownership of your own route — inspections, treatments, and customer relationships — using Integrated Pest Management to deliver long-term results for Central Texas homes. As you grow, you’ll pick up specialized skills in wildlife exclusion and structural repair, with a clear path into sales or the specialty trade.
What You’ll Do
- Own Your Route: Take full ownership of your customers — service, retention, and consistent, high-quality treatments.
- Apply IPM: Perform inspections and targeted treatments for common Central Texas pests (ants, spiders, scorpions, etc.), with a focus on long-term results, not just a quick spray.
- Document Everything: Use our mobile field platform to give clients detailed notes and photos of your findings. We value clear communication and radical accountability.
- Maintain Your Rig: Keep your service vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in professional working order.
- Grow Into Exclusion: As you become proficient on your route, help our exclusion team with setting/picking up traps and minor structural sealing.
What You Bring to the Table
- Self-Motivation: A proven track record of working independently and meeting goals — you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to do a great job.
- Find-a-Way Mentality: You treat every home like your own, and you’re not afraid to get into an attic or crawlspace to find the root of a problem.
- Disciplined Execution: “Simple” doesn’t mean “easy” — you follow through on the details, every time.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to explain service plans and build trust with homeowners.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable working outdoors in the Texas heat, navigating ladders and confined spaces.
- License: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) technician license. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
The Perks & Benefits
- Pflugerville Proud: We’re a local business that values our community.
- Flexible Scheduling: We are abl to work with you around your commitments.
- Modern Tools: Tech-forward field tools that make your job easier and your reporting more professional.
- Clear Career Path: Whether you want to master a route, move into sales, or learn the specialty wildlife trade, we provide the training to get you there.
- Time Off: 10 paid holidays per year, plus 1 week of vacation in your first year.
Our Commitments
- To Our Team: We hire people we trust, give you the tools to do the job right, and treat you as the expert you are. We tell it to you straight, even when it isn’t easy to hear, and do everything we can to help you grow — whether that’s mastering your route, moving into sales, or learning the specialty wildlife trade.
- To Our Customers: We’re there when they need us, do exactly what we promised, deliver high-quality solutions, and stand behind our work.

As Austin’s footprint rapidly expands into the Hill Country, wildlife encounters are at an all-time high in 2026. We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Wildlife Exclusion Specialist & Field Lead who refuses to “plug holes” — and who’s ready to help set the craftsmanship standard for an elite, growing team.
We’re unapologetically non-corporate. No buzzwords, no spreadsheet-managed field teams, no “suits.” We hire experts, give them the tools and resources they need, and get out of their way — and we tell it to you straight, even when it isn’t easy to hear.
You’ll engineer permanent, high-level structural solutions for Central Texas homeowners — exclusion work, repairs, roofing, siding, carpentry, and metal flashing — built to last, not just patched. This role blends advanced hands-on craftsmanship with the diagnostic mindset to find the root cause of any issue, from peak to crawlspace.
What You’ll Do
- Execute Permanent Solutions: Engineer and install exclusion, repair, and structural fixes — roofing, siding, carpentry, and metal flashing — to a standard worth putting on social media.
- Diagnose Root Causes: Troubleshoot from peak to crawlspace and find the actual source of the issue, not just the symptom.
- Hit the Standard: Follow our QC process and deliver consistent, high-level craftsmanship on every job.
- Communicate: Keep customers and the office informed using our digital tools, start to finish.
- Lead & Train: Help set the standard for the team, mentor newer techs, and play a key role in scaling the business.
What You Bring to the Table
- Extreme Ownership: You take total ownership of every project — no shortcuts, no “good enough.”
- The Skills: Advanced proficiency in roofing, siding, carpentry, or metal flashing. You know your way around a circular saw and a brake.
- The Diagnostic Mindset: You’re a troubleshooter who can find the root cause of an issue from peak to crawlspace.
- Physical Readiness: Comfortable on 32-foot ladders, steep roofs, and in tight spaces, in all Central Texas weather.
- Communication: You can talk to customers and keep the office in the loop using our digital tools.
- Clean Record: Clean driving record and background check.
The Perks & Benefits
- Aggressive Compensation: Performance-based pay — a competitive percentage of total production with no ceiling. The more efficiently you deliver quality, the more you earn.
- Proven Lead Flow: A consistent volume of high-average-ticket jobs — the work isn’t drying up.
- The Rig: Issued a fully equipped 2025 service van with a professional tool package.
- The Shortest Commute in Central Texas: Take the van home — gas card and toll tag included.
- Fast-Track Growth: This isn’t just a tech role. You’ll help set standards, train the next generation, and play a key role in scaling the business — with a real leadership track.
- Wealth & Wellness: Direct Primary Care membership, 401(k) eligibility after one year, 10 paid holidays, and 5 days PTO after 90 days (increasing to 10 after one year), plus phone reimbursement.
- Continuous Mastery: Paid training, CEU credits, and licensing support.
Our Commitments
- To Our Team: We hire experts, give you the tools and resources you need, and get out of your way. Clear scoreboards and QC processes mean that if you follow the process and hit the standard, you have total independence. Helpers are available on jobs that need them, and when a complex issue pops up, you get backup — not a lecture. Scheduling is reliable and full-time, with flexibility when communicated in advance, and no mandatory overtime or weekends unless you want the extra jobs. We tell it to you straight, even when it isn’t easy to hear, and do everything in our power to help you reach your goals.
- To Our Customers: We’re there when they need them, do exactly what we promised, deliver high-quality solutions, and stand behind our work.

- Salesmanship: Superior communication and negotiation skills. You build rapport easily and close confidently.
- Clean Record: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
The Perks & Benefits
- Elite Mentorship: Learn the operational and biological science directly from our General Manager — a 13-year pest industry veteran with a Master’s in Entomology from UT Austin and every relevant Certified Applicator license. On the business side, get mentored by an MBA-holding product and marketing executive with 20+ years of experience ensuring our go-to-market strategy is best-in-class.

- The Shortest Commute in Central Texas: Take your company-issued vehicle home. Gas card and toll tag included.

- Continuous Mastery: Paid training and CEUs to keep your licensing current and skills sharp.
Our Commitments
- To Our Team: We treat you with respect, trust you to be the expert we hired, and give you the autonomy to deliver your best. We tell it to you straight — even when it isn’t easy to hear — and do everything in our power to help you reach your goals.
