About the Role:
This full-time position requires no previous experience as we will provide everything you need to apply safe and effective chemical treatments to eliminate pests in residential and commercial properties. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure proper application methods and customer satisfaction while learning new skills in a fast growing company that promotes from within.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough interior and exterior inspections to locate pests
- Discuss needs with homeowners and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain and update customer records
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding treatment procedures
- Advise customer on both chemical and natural pest control remediation options
- Discuss and recommend other products and services based on customer need
- Operate and maintain spraying equipment, ensuring functionality and cleanliness
- Safely mix and apply pesticides according to labeled instructions and company protocols
- Safe and effective removal of wasp and hornet nests
- Place, set, bait, and service rodent stations
- Uphold the company’s safety standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean criminal background check
- Ability to safely handle and apply pesticides
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and capabilities to lift equipment, walk, stand, stoop with frequent bending and kneeling
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in confined spaces such as attics or crawl spaces
- Comfortable with heights including climbing ladders and working on roof tops
- Pest Control Technician License or certified applicator a plus but not required

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting both people and property from unwanted wildlife guests. You’ll be the hero for homeowners and business owners alike, ensuring their homes and buildings are free of critters.
Here’s a closer look at your responsibilities:
- Inspections: You’ll be the Sherlock Holmes of the wildlife world, meticulously inspecting properties to identify entry points and signs of wildlife activity.
- Exclusion: Using your knowledge and skills, you’ll seal up those entry points, humanely evicting unwanted wildlife and preventing them from returning. This may involve minor repairs and the use of exclusion materials.
- Trapping and Removal: In some cases, trapping and relocating wildlife may be necessary. You’ll use humane traps and ensure the safe release of animals in accordance with local regulations.
- Pest Control: Most of your time will be on wildlife, but as a small company, technicians may need to Inspect, Identify, and control pests using a variety of methods.
- Customer Service: You’ll be a friendly and informative representative of the company, educating clients on wildlife behavior and prevention tips.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A passion for wildlife and a respect for humane animal treatment.
- Strong observational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
- A good working knowledge of common wildlife species in your area.
- Physical stamina and capabilities to lift equipment, walk, stand, stoop with frequent bending and kneeling
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in confined spaces such as attics or crawl spaces

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Wildlife Exclusion Technician and Pest Technician! In this role, you’ll play a vital role in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted wildlife and pests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Wildlife Exclusion Technicians with the safe and humane removal of wildlife from residential and commercial properties.
- Learn and implement various exclusion techniques to prevent wildlife from re-entering structures.
- Assist Pest Technicians with the identification and treatment of common household pests.
- Apply safe and effective pest control methods according to state and federal regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, educating clients on prevention techniques and post-treatment care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
Qualifications:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wildlife and Pest Control Sales. You will play a key role in our mission to protect homes and businesses from unwanted wildlife intrusions. This role combines the expertise of wildlife identification and exclusion methods with the salesmanship to effectively communicate solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- This is not door to door sales. We are bringing in the leads for you to develop but some canvassing may be required when leads aren’t flowing.
- Answer the call and meet with concerned property owners as you build your own schedule
- Prospect leads and cultivate relationships with new customers
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify entry points and types of wildlife present
- Educate customers on wildlife behavior and prevention techniques
- Develop customized solutions and quotes for humane wildlife exclusion services using proven methods, ensuring the safety of both animals and occupants
- Close sales and build strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork
- Follow-up with existing customers and position additional services as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in wildlife identification and exclusion methods preferred
- Strong understanding of animal behavior and humane wildlife removal techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Proven sales experience and the ability to close deals
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform inspections in attics, crawlspaces, climb on roofs, and other demanding environments
